Zero Tolerance. No Second Chances.

Let's be crystal clear: Jivve has ZERO tolerance for anything that harms children. You cross this line, you're done.

Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children will result in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Don't Even Think About It

The following content and behavior is strictly prohibited on Jivve:

  • xAny sexual imagery or content involving minors (anyone under 18 years of age)
  • xContent that sexualizes minors, including drawings, anime, or other artistic depictions
  • xAny content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes sexual attraction to minors
  • xSolicitation of sexual content from minors or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
  • xSharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM in any form
  • xContent that facilitates or encourages child trafficking or exploitation
  • xGrooming behavior or inappropriate communication with minors
  • xLinks to external sites containing child exploitation material

How We Catch It

Jivve employs multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE content:

  • 1.Automated Detection: We use industry-standard hash-matching technology (PhotoDNA) to identify known CSAM images and videos
  • 2.AI-Powered Scanning: Machine learning models scan uploaded content for potential violations
  • 3.Human Review: Reported content is reviewed by trained trust and safety team members
  • 4.User Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting tools allow users to flag concerning content
  • 5.Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 13 years or older to create an account

The Consequences

When CSAE content or behavior is identified, we take immediate action:

  • 1.Immediate Removal: Content is removed from the platform immediately upon detection
  • 2.Account Termination: Accounts posting CSAE content are permanently banned without warning
  • 3.NCMEC Reporting: All identified CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law
  • 4.Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and preserve evidence as legally required
  • 5.No Appeals: Bans for CSAE violations are permanent and cannot be appealed

How to Report

If you encounter any content that exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately:

  • In-App:Tap the three dots (...) on any content and select "Report" then "Child Exploitation"
  • Email:safety@jivveapp.com (monitored 24/7)
  • NCMEC:You can also report directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org

Age Requirements

Jivve is designed for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
