How To Dip Out
You can delete your Jivve account using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Delete in the Jivve App (Recommended)

Open the Jivve app on your device

Tap the Menu icon(three horizontal lines in the top left corner)

Tap Settings(gear icon)
4Tap Account

Tap the red Delete Account button
6Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete My Account
Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You have 30 days to change your mind before your account is permanently deleted.
30-Day Grace Period
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your account within 30 days by:
1.Clicking the reactivation link in the confirmation email we send you
2.Simply signing back into the Jivve app with your credentials
After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Method 2: Submit Online Request
If you cannot access the Jivve app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Complete this form to request deletion of your Jivve account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
What We're Deleting
When your Jivve account deletion is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Permanently Deleted Data
xProfile Information: Your name, username, bio, profile photo, and cover photo
xPosts & Content: All posts, photos, videos, and comments you've created
xInteractions: All likes, reposts, and bookmarks
xDirect Messages: All private messages and conversations
xSocial Connections: Your followers list and accounts you follow
xCommunity Data: Community memberships and community-related activity
xSettings & Preferences: All account settings, notification preferences, and privacy settings
xAuthentication Data: Login credentials and linked authentication methods
Data Retention Periods
Certain data may be retained for limited periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
!Transaction Records: If you made purchases, transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
!Legal Compliance Data: Data required for ongoing legal matters, disputes, or investigations is retained until the matter is resolved
!Safety & Security Logs: Records related to violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service may be retained for up to 1 year to prevent abuse
!Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for service improvement
Note: Retained data is stored securely and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties except as required by law.
The Countdown

Request Submitted: Your account is immediately disabled and hidden from other users

30-Day Grace Period: You can reactivate your account by signing in or clicking the link in your confirmation email
3
Day 30: Account and all personal data are permanently deleted
4
Backup Purge: Data is purged from backup systems within 90 days of deletion
Important Information
✓30-Day Recovery Period: You have 30 days to change your mind. Simply sign back in or click the reactivation link in your email to restore your account.
!After 30 Days: Your account and all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
!Active Subscriptions: If you have a Jivve+ subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
!Download Your Data: You can request a copy of your data before deletion by emailing privacy@jivveapp.com
